Helmet

If a rider is found at any stage during the race not to be wearing a helmet, immediate disqualification applies.

Bicycle

All sections of the race have to be completed on the same bicycle. Changing of bikes for certain stages is not allowed.

Headlight

The start will be in the dark - so all riders have to ride with a suitable bicycle headlight and a flashing rear red light.

No headlight, no start.
